Recovery Program

This program is specifically designed to assist South Carolinian’s who require assistance in the repair, replacement, buyout or reconstruction of their homes damaged by Hurricane Florence in September of 2018.

The South Carolina Office of Resilience accepted public comment on the Hurricane Florence Action Plan Amendment 1 until June 22, 2021. The time period for public comments is now closed. Comments could be submitted via email (ContactSCDR@scor.sc.gov) or in writing (632 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, SC 29201.
